Bad Votes Brown: Brown Supports Using Taxpayer Funds for Abortions
In a new series titled Bad Votes Brown, Brown can’t escape his opposition to defending unborn babies and taxpayers’ wallets. In 2003, Brown voted against a ban on partial birth abortion, and in 2015 he voted against a measure to ban late-term abortions after 20 weeks. He also opposed legislation that would have banned the use of taxpayer funds for abortions.
“As a shill for the Elizabeth Warren wing of the Democratic Party and the far-left special interests who fund his campaigns, Sherrod Brown consistently votes against Ohio’s interests and just as reliably votes against protecting the sanctity of life. Jim Renacci—endorsed by several pro-life groups including Ohio Right to Life—is the only 100% pro-life candidate in this race. As a fiscal conservative and devout Catholic, he understands that taxpayers should not be held responsible for funding abortions, and as your next U.S. Senator he will continue to serve as voice for those who do not have one,” said Brittany Martinez, Renacci for Senate Communications Director.
